Albert Villas is a wonderful, mid-terrace cottage in Broadstairs, a short walk from the beach, accessed only on foot in an historic courtyard tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, including a double and a twin, which can be made up into a super king-size double on request. There is a first floor bathroom, an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and a second sitting room on the first floor. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard to the front of the cottage with furniture, and free roadside parking a short walk away. There is also parking in a car park in the next road, chargeable per day at £2.50 between March and November, and £7.50 between April and October. Albert Villas is a the perfect seaside retreat for friends and families exploring Kent and the south east coastline.

Bed linen, towels and beach towels inc. in rent. Parking in public car park in next road, at £2.50 per day Nov-Mar inclusive, £7.50 per day Apr-Oct inclusive. Free roadside parking 3 mins walk. Front enclosed courtyard with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach less than 1 min walk. Note: There are 6 tiled steps down to the cottage entrance. |
